PROBLEM: We hear from customers that they can't always find items they've wanted.
SOLUTION: Our distributors are very up to date on item releases and status. Message us to see if your item is still in production.
Prices on Shipping are Getting Prohibitive
PROBLEM: Shipping costs NEVER come down once raised.
SOLUTION: We use a commercial account that weighs speed, cost and insurance. We do not profit on shipping, we pass the cost along.
Big Box, Space Programs & Sales Tax
PROBLEM: I like to support small businesses but ....
SOLUTION: Market facilitators like eBay & Amazon charge 12.25 to 15% plus with no value added to your item. Many "dealers" have the same price on facilitator sites that they have on their own. We use margins to price our items. Whether we sell on our site or a facilitator site, we try to maintain the same margin.
PROBLEM: We don't have a Space Program.
SOLUTION: We have fair prices that give employees a living wage, family time, a great environment and pass all profits more than $18,500 per year to employees instead of sending Hollywood Has-Beens on earth orbit trips. Our employees are paid with American Dollars and therefore are required to be fluent in English as their first language since we do not ship outside the USA, US Territories or APO/FPO/GPO addresses.
PROBLEM: eBay and other facilitator sites make sellers inflate prices because they charge 13+% to collect your states sales tax from sellers. (Amazon does not.) That means sellers never know what their margins are when using eBay because we have no idea what tax rate will be used until the item is purchased.
SOLUTION: Buy from small businesses that do not meet the nexus to collect sales tax in your state. It's legal & called tax AVOIDANCE!
